We have gradually grown our herd to allow for a limited distribution outside of our home range. These ribeyes are from high percentage to fullblood wagyu steers and will be of limited quantity. They are cut 1.5" thick and will weigh from 1-1.4 lbs each. They are truly some of the best American Wagyu we can offer.
