Shipping & Delivery

OUR SHIPPING PLANS AND GOALS

Our goal is to get your products out as expeditiously as practical under the circumstances.  If you have a problem with shipping, please let us know so we can address it appropriately. We strive to accomplish the following:

• Condition:Your order should arrive in ideal condition.
• Accuracy:You will receive the product you order, and it will be the size indicated on our site, but it could be a little larger or smaller.
• Timeliness:We work to deliver the product as timely as practical.  Since we are a small family ranch, it is possible something might occur that would delay the processing of your order.  These things might be weather, escaped cow, hay hauling, broken water pipe and the list goes on and on. That’s the nature of ranching.  Of course, if that happens too often, you will find somewhere else to get your jerky and beef sticks so we are going to do our dead level best to get your product shipped timely.  We do not control UPS, or whatever shipping company we are using at the time, but you already knew that.  Please do not refuse delayed packages. We ask you to accept the package and notify us if there are any issues. We cannot fulfill our obligations if a package is refused.

ORDER CHANGES/CANCELATIONS

Cancellations – Once an order has been released to ship or if it is in transit we cannot guarantee a cancellation request can be completed.

Address changes – Once an order has shipped, an address change sent to UPS will always delay a package. This is beyond our control.

SHIPPING

Bucker Creek Ranch offers the following UPS shipping options:

UPS Ground (1 to 5 Business Days)

Bucker Creek Ranch ships to all 50 states at this time.  Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship outside of the United States. 

Ship Days – We ship Monday and Tuesday unless we have bad weather, cow wreck or any of the other myriad of ranching mishaps which may befall anyone crazy enough to delve into commerce involving hoof and horn. 

Order Early

Ordering for a special occasion? Order early!!!! The old curmudgeon in me says plan for problems.  Things happen. 

Addresses

A street address is required. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Please double-check addresses. Bucker Creek Ranch is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Gifts

Be sure to double-check the addresses for your gift recipients.

The billing customer is responsible to confirm gift recipients are available to accept deliveries.

Weather Delays

Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may delay your shipment. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, but you knew this already.
